Willy Elizarov

Willy is a Transfer Pricing partner with Deloitte Israel. Willy has nearly 20 years of consulting experience, specializing in transfer pricing, valuation, and business modeling services across multiple industries. Since beginning his career in 2003, he has provided expert guidance on large-scale projects related to transfer pricing and tax planning, and has prepared transfer pricing documentation for multinational enterprises in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. Willy has also been involved in several Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs). Before joining Deloitte, he served as the transfer pricing leader at another Big Four firm in Israel and was a senior manager in the US Southeast Sub Area Transfer Pricing practice based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In addition to his transfer pricing expertise, Willy has considerable experience in the valuation of intangibles and derivatives, as well as extensive experience in business modeling. His global perspective and fluency in three languages enhance his ability to deliver comprehensive and strategic solutions to his clients.
